Older Neighborhoods

Fourth and Gill, Old North Knox, Holston Hills, and Sequoyah Hills are full of porches, gables, brick, and trim details worth showing off. We'll usually suggest outlining the parts that make the house special instead of covering every edge. Big oaks and magnolias out front can be wrapped or lit from below so the yard doesn't go dark past the porch.

West Knox and Two-Story Homes

Out around Cedar Bluff, Hardin Valley, and toward the Farragut line, a lot of homes are two stories with steep, cut-up rooflines. Late November and the first week of December are the dates that go first. If you want the lights on for Thanksgiving or a December party, call in October so we can lock in your day.
